As registered member you can post videos from various videohosters. upload your images, post your or third party articles, links and your blogs. In addition, you agree that:

You will choose carefully the content you post on SharingSwarm.com and that you provide to other Users. Your SharingSwarm.com content (including your profile) may not include any photographs or video containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit, or contains child pornography or otherwise objectionable subject matter. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY USED! USERS WHICH WILL BREAK THIS RULES WILL BE  SUSPENDED WITHOUT NOTICE! Despite this prohibition, information provided by other SharingSwarm.com Members (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and SharingSwarm.com assumes no responsibility or liability for this material.

SharingSwarm.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the SharingSwarm.com Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Some of the Services (videos from videohosters, pictures, articles from article directories...) may be subject to additional posted conditions. Your use of those Services is subject to those conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and any additional posted conditions, the provisions of the additional conditions shall control.

3. Ownership and Copyrights Issues

SharingSwarm.com does not claim any ownership rights in the videos, articles, images, photos, blogs, authorship, or any other materials (collectively, Content) that you post to the SharingSwarm.com Services. After posting your Content to the SharingSwarm.com Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the SharingSwarm.com Services, you hereby grant to SharingSwarm.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the SharingSwarm.com Services. 

Our site contains links to other Internet sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content on them. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content or a link to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site.

SharingSwarm.com will share registered members 70% of revenue based on the advertisements above your shared videos, images, articles, blogs and links. Your exactly amount is not SharingSwarm.com responsibility in any way because we don't have access to third party (Adsense) accounts. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable tax or tariffs on the payment.

WE AND OUR ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS PROVIDE THE SharingSwarm.com SITE AND SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS PROVIDED" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
