Members of SharingSwarm community share various web content by each other. Due to the copyright issues and to avoid violating the law, we prepare sharing guidance for SharingSwarm community. All members should read this before sharing any content.
What is NOT allowed?
In any case, we do not accept any posting which contain adult content (nudity, sexual explicit or child pornografy material), hate crimes or other illegal activities. At first, we do not support nor want to promote this type of content, and second these are also requirements of third party ad services (Adsense, ClickBank, Team Promote, etc..) we cooperate with:
Sites displaying ads may not include:
* Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
* Pornography, adult, or mature content
* Hacking/cracking content
* Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
* Excessive profanity
* Gambling or casino-related content
* Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
* Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
* Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
* Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
* Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
* Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
* Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
* Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
* Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
* Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
What IS allowed?
You can share content which is allowed to be share. So, you can share videos, images, articles, links, documents and music. Content could be yours or others. Have in mind that others content have it's own rules for sharing, so you MUST agree with that policy if you want to share others content at SharingSwarm. Also, if you share GNU/GPL or Creative Commons licenced content you should mark this with "under GNU/GPL" or "CC" licence.
Videos
We don't support uploading videos to our site, but, you can post videos (links) from predefined videohosters. Currently, we support 23 videohosters. For a list of supported videohosters, click here . So, if you want to share your own video, upload your video to one of supported videohosters and copy link code from there.
Images
You can upload your own pictures/photos or others from the web. But, as noticed above, check first what are the authors conditions to share. Warning: NO nudity, NO adult content.
Articles
You can post your own articles or others. There's a lot of article directories on the web which allows sharing. If the article is not yours, put at the end of the article the authors name and source where you find it. Also, if you own PLR (Private Label Rights) article, put at the end "PLR article". Articles are not published automaticaly, they must be approved by moderators.
Links
A part of SharingSwarm community is the Link directory, where members can share links to their own or other interesting sites. Affiliate links, offers to services and products, social network profiles and similar links are allowed. You can use Link Directory for your own promotion or your services and products promotion. Again: No links to adult content!
Content Ownership
SharingSwarm does not claim any ownership rights to published content. Respectable authors continue to have all ownership and other rights in publishing content..
Copyright Infrigement
In a case of copyright infrigement, please, send us, via contact form , notice which includes: A statement that the content usage at sharingswarm.com is not authorized by copyright owner or law and URL of the content.
